According to relevant patent data from the State Intellectual Property Office and Google Patents, and incomplete statistics from the New Strategic Industries Research Institute, as of May 2024, the cumulative number of patent applications related to humanoid robots in China has exceeded 7,000, leading the world in the number of patent applications.
Through a search of more than 15,000 patents related to humanoid robots (including body structure, components, drive control, intelligent sensing and other technologies) around the world, judging from the global status of humanoid robot-related patent applicants, Chinese companies must choose Technology ranks first with more than 800 patent applications, far ahead of other companies.
