AGV Robot – AI Xiao Qianjin Series New Releases
AGV Robot launched four new products in its standard “Xiao Qianjin” mobile robot (AGV) lineup: the 6.0 version V15T driverless forklift, the single-fork V05OT driverless forklift, the omnidirectional V10OF stacking driverless forklift, and the automatic T15S towing AGV. The lineup also includes the world’s first AI large-model voice-interactive AGV. Each model has AGV Robot’s fully dynamic 5.0 laser SLAM mapping and navigation technology, ensuring high-precision positioning and accurate navigation in complex and dynamic environments. This technology enables real-time AI recognition of carriers, allowing the robots to autonomously identify and handle material carts accurately. The control module utilizes AGV Robot’s self-developed fourth-generation universal AIyun MCU controller, featuring comprehensive communication interfaces, various navigation algorithms, and visual obstacle avoidance. This system provides stable control for rapid starts and stops, acceleration and deceleration, and directional adjustments in dynamic environments.
Clearpath – New Husky A300 Mobile Robot
The Husky A300 is built around a powerful high-torque drivetrain with four brushless motors. It delivers speeds of up to 2 m/s—double that of its predecessor—and an effective payload capacity of 100 kg. Multiple power options provide up to 12 hours of operation. The A300 features versatile payload interfaces and diverse computing options, simplifying integration with third-party components like cameras, LiDAR, manipulators, and custom equipment. Enhanced with new vision capabilities, the A300 improves user interaction, safety, and situational awareness. Its robust aluminum weather-resistant chassis with an IP54 rating suits it for extreme temperatures and wet conditions.
LOGISTEED – Autonomous Collaborative Robot “AutonMate”
LOGISTEED, a 3PL company, developed the autonomous collaborative robot “AutonMate” with features designed for order-picking assistance, route optimization, reduced worker movement, and efficiency improvements. Its flexible warehouse layout requires no dedicated robotic zone, lowering initial setup costs. With a handheld controller for easy warehouse mapping, users can adapt layouts with minimal operational expenses.
Robust.AI – Autonomous Collaborative Mobile Robot Carter Pro
Carter Pro boasts a maximum payload of 100 kg and operates up to 18 hours on a full charge. Equipped with camera-based vSLAM for precise and intelligent mapping and localization, it employs a 360° AI-optimized vision system for navigation and safety, enabling rapid omnidirectional movement. An adaptive LED lighting system minimizes errors and enhances efficiency. Carter Pro is currently being deployed in the DHL supply chain in the U.S. and Mexico.
Bear Robotics – Carti 100 Robot
Carti 100 is designed to handle complex manufacturing and warehousing demands, with a load capacity of up to 220 lbs. Supporting multi-robot coordination, it enables seamless cross-process collaboration to boost productivity and reduce costs. Its adaptive design suits various environments, including brownfield and greenfield sites, multi-level spaces, and mezzanines. Carti 100 is fully customizable, featuring adjustable shelving, intelligent conveyors, and advanced lighting to meet operational requirements.
