With a rated load capacity of 91 tons, the Omega125 is equipped with a mining-specific chassis and ROCK-AI’s newly upgraded autonomous driving solution. The vehicle supports multiple operation modes, including autonomous driving, remote control, and traditional driving. It boasts top-tier computing power with dual Orin processors delivering 550 TOPS.
CASJuche: Autonomous Sightseeing Vehicle “Xiaoma Pro”
The “Xiaoma Pro” is an autonomous sightseeing vehicle for tourist attractions, theme parks, airports, and large residential communities. It is the first mass-produced sightseeing vehicle with a chassis developed from scratch. Powered by CASJuche’s APOV7.0 autonomous driving system, it achieves L4-level autonomous driving capabilities and is the first in the industry to integrate a self-developed BEV large model for intelligent driving.
The vehicle features a “boxy” symmetrical design, enhanced by a large central control screen and an advanced human-machine interaction system, exuding a futuristic and stylish vibe. The “Xiaoma Pro” retains manual driving functionality while incorporating cutting-edge technologies such as a steer-by-wire chassis, domain controllers, sensors, intelligent driving software, and safety redundancy mechanisms. It enables autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, and seamless integration of autonomous driving innovations.
Pudu Robotics: New Delivery Robot “Flash Box”
The new “Flash Box” delivery robot introduces multiple feature upgrades, targeting scenarios such as hotels and office buildings. It is designed to handle intelligent deliveries in both indoor and semi-outdoor environments. Equipped with a dual-elevator control system, the robot is adaptable to diverse building configurations, driving transformative changes in the smart delivery ecosystem.
Optimized for semi-outdoor settings, the Flash Box can withstand variable weather conditions and complex terrains. Its advanced navigation system enables seamless switching between outdoor and indoor environments, ensuring efficient and precise deliveries. With powerful battery life and an intelligent obstacle-avoidance system, it meets the demands of various delivery scenarios.
Avride: Next-Generation Sidewalk Delivery Robot
Avride, a spin-off from Russian tech giant Yandex, recently unveiled its new generation of sidewalk delivery robots. Departing from the traditional six-wheel design, the new robot adopts a four-wheel configuration to enhance energy efficiency and operational flexibility.
The updated robot can execute a 180-degree turn almost instantly, enabling it to navigate narrow sidewalks and make way for wheelchairs or strollers. Its control system has been upgraded to improve torque, and the hardware now utilizes Nvidia’s Jetson Orin platform. Additionally, the modular cargo bay allows operators to swap compartments based on package sizes. A new LED panel on the front displays friendly “digital eyes,” reducing the likelihood of vandalism or attacks on the robot.
Tesla: Autonomous Transport Vehicle Robovan
In October, along with the launch of Tesla’s Robocab, the Robovan was also unveiled. Featuring a golden exterior and streamlined design, the Robovan resembles a train car, with a futuristic front end reminiscent of a high-speed train. The vehicle, devoid of a steering wheel or pedals, relies entirely on Tesla’s full self-driving technology. It features a face-to-face seating arrangement and can accommodate up to 20 passengers, making it suitable for both passenger transport and cargo delivery. The passenger model adopts a dual-row, face-to-face layout, with a large sliding side door for convenient boarding. If converted to a cargo vehicle, seats can be omitted, similar to domestic VAN series models, which offer passenger and cargo versions to meet diverse needs.
Plus.ai: Navigate Autonomous Driving System
The latest generation of the Navigate autonomous driving system from Plus.ai introduces significant upgrades to its domain controller platform, boosting computational power. It integrates advanced technologies such as DualBEV vision and passage corridor algorithms, supporting intelligent navigation (NOA) across complex scenarios like high-speed driving and ramp navigation. The system will initially be installed on FAW Jiefang JH6 Super Truck, a heavy-duty truck jointly developed by Plus.ai, Zhito Technology, and FAW Jiefang (Qingdao). This is the industry’s first factory-installed natural gas-powered intelligent heavy-duty truck, with plans for regulatory approval and mass production by 2025.
